Default One of the worst I've seen!

Saw this yesterday: a rubber natural gas extension running from furnace to fireplace.
First of all, there's no clamp on the rubber hose. Second, it's a rubber hose used in an interior bathroom.

    It runs through the house:

To the outside - directly below a sliding glass door, back inside to the fireplace.

Any recommendations or further problems seen here?
    Thanks.

That is CSST with a lightning strike outer covering - it is made for gas - it is not what you described it to be.

Now, the installation of it is ... well ... leaves A LOT to be desired.

If you thought that was a rubber hose you need to spend more time during the inspection actually inspecting and not jumping to conclusions. Spending more time leaning about materials and methods would also be advisable.
