    OMG I'd run out of paper writing up just the defects/non-code issues I see in those photos. They of course had it inspected by the local AHJ and got an OP, right?

    AYE CARAMBA!!!

    Funny, I did a home a few months ago that had a pool buried under the living room floor. Open theTrap door and you walk into it. Idiots didn't install any insulation under the floors and had the a/c condensate draining into the liner. NICE! There were however no signs indicating all work has been done by south of the border contracting as were seen in those photos
