Default ICE SCULPTURE BELOW RADON MITIGATION FAN

GUYS---had this ice sculpture beneath radon mitigation fan and wrote it up that most likely the rubber connectors are leaking and need repair--sellers radon installer says that is typical and needs no repair--i'm in colorado and i have seen thousands of systems and this is only the second i have seen with attached ice to fan-first was repaired by installer--my radon guy says BS -get it fixed.there radon guy wants me to call him--looking for further assurance that it needs repair--by the way i kicked over ice form in picture--it was attached to fan and all the way to ground--thanks--cvf
